1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gopalas website (gopalasfabtex.com) and any purchases made through it or at our physical stores in Jaipur. By browsing our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All lehengas, blouses, and dupattas are handcrafted, so minor variations in colour, embroidery, and fabric texture between the photo and the delivered piece may occur. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders placed via WhatsApp or in-store are confirmed only after payment or an agreed advance is received. We accept cash, UPI, and card payments at our physical stores.
4. Returns & Exchange
Given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of bridal wear, we currently do not accept returns once an item has been altered, tailored, or customised. Exchange requests for unworn, unaltered ready-made pieces may be considered within 3 days of purchase, at our discretion, upon inspection.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the item and any customisation required, and will be communicated at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website belong to Gopalas and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
